Distribution

Cash available for distribution could differ from operating profit as the distributable amount is calculated based not only on the operating profit but also actual &ldquo cash flow&rdquo .

The major cause for such deviation is the membership fees that are recognized monthly but actually received and become distributable mostly in the fourth quarter

May not be fair comparison as DPU was higher last year and they held back 10% to be paid in 2H. Can anyone explain why the DPU is higher in 2H besides the 10% withholding issue? Weather wise, Oct-March is probably worse than Apr-Sep?

Accordia Golf Trust' s H1 DPU at 2.45 cents, up from 2.32 cents

The distribution payment date for the fiscal first-half is Dec 15, with the book closure date on Dec 6.

Units of Accordia Golf Trust were unchanged at 66 cents on Friday.

Whenever I see the Yen strengthen against SGD - I think of higher DPU for this from currency conversion. Go Yen Go! 🙂

Shortist will find any excuse to talk down a stock....and longinst will need a very strong heart to sustain this kind of fluctuation kiss Within two weeks after I picked up at .655....it has gone up and down twice to ~.68 zone...0.025 or close to 4% swing for a Reits is a lot in such a short time....imagine if you we are spot on...it gave better return than the 10% avg annually....so it' s a really exciting counter to hold on cheeky

actually i find it confusing. the buy over is initially for accordia golf co. The one listed on sgx is a trust asset. Actually is not buying over this trust asset in sgx. not much impact actually right?
