Wow, the first time I found someone with the same view !To invest in CNDT is indirectly betting on the single largest shareholder (~60%) CDB (China development bank).
Not many peoples in Singapore including the street peoples in China know CDB (国 开 行 )as they don't depend on the depositors money from the street.
CDB report to the ministry of finance under 国 務 院 Central China.
CDB is given the charter to support the current hottest subjects in China eg one belt one road, supply side reform, urbanization...etc.
CNDT is lucky to have this gigantic shareholder to come along to turn it around as CNDT has the synergy in the pass with CDB policy.
Be very patient including the current suspension.
