Even their staff reluctant to promote company products and chase potential customer .

Haha. Today busy going out with buddies mah. Wow lau opec lousy hor, oil price drop again. Hope next week has positive news and Noble can rise to 18 cents. Sian chairman said must wait for 1 to 2 years before it make profit.
