Yes. Keez sales is extended. I suspect not all condition are met thus buyer may not want to follow through with the sale. Moreover now bank demand 20 mil from sjr marine to be repaid within 14 days.

Plus another default annoucement plus another delay in completion of sale of PV Keez.

Come Monday got show again.

Today article. A bond holder who invested 15 mil seek court proceedings to wind up perisai. Wonder how this will affect ezra/emas. MaybE this will forced perisai to exercise the 51% rights to sell the subsidiary to emas. Perisai is doomed.

Next 2 weeks will be tough time to make investment decisions. Nov 8 is US election, Noc 9 is EZRA mtg with bond holders and Ezion will be releasing its Q3 result on Nov 10.

Still no news what the JMs/bondholders/creditors/banks are going to do with the put options wrt Perisai JV with Ezra(Emas)?

Perisai is gone case. they did not handle the situation well and totally shut off from communicating with bondholder ever since after the last meeting. it' s going to drag EMAS and Ezra down.

on perisai website, they still post below job openings... seems like many ppl resigned
