Distributions have been dropping in recent quarters as a result of the challenging tourism environment in Singapore. However, 2nd half of 2015 may see some improvements. From a valuation standpoint, the stock seems pretty attractive but as there could be additional downside risk in further distribution cuts, its better to wait til fundamentals improve before entering.
