Think CEO love shopping..lol...buy so many from market and then try to sell away....first exchange 9%of share for skyware...then sell 4.5% to serial.....now treasure share fall below 6%....still need to buy back 3% if the skyware deal approval....Angmo ways of playing stock really interesting....lol

Serial currently holds 4.5% after purchasing 12m shares average $0.29. No lock in period information was disclosed on SGX and since Serial only holds 4.5%, they will be able to freely sell the shares without the need to disclose.
Good thing is that the company will be able to buy up 12m more shares (hopefully that is their plan) for the acquision of skyware and after acquiring skyware, continue to purchase up to the maximum 10% of treasury shares for further acquision. Hope this time round will be able to push the price further up to 45c at least.
