Further to the announcement dated 22 June 2015 and 30 June 2015 in relation to the proposed
consolidation (the &ldquo Unit Consolidation&rdquo ) of every five (5) existing units in Indiabulls Properties
Investment Trust (&ldquo IPIT&rdquo ) held by the unitholders of IPIT (&ldquo Unitholders&rdquo ) as at a books closure date to
be determined into one (1) unit in IPIT (the &ldquo Consolidated Unit&rdquo )
