In year 2004, 7th Sept, they issue 2RS 1WT FOR 2SH OFFER OF 2 FOR 2 @ SGD 0.05
In year 2005, 12 Dec, they issue 1RS 1WT FOR 4SH OFFER OF 1 FOR 4 @ SGD 0.25
In year 2007, 17 April, they offer 1 FOR 2 @ SGD 0.04
Above issue affect their trading price alot.
The above two rights and warrant issue pull down the price
