Nothing much to share as most of the info are in the annual report.
The proposed capital reduction resolution although passed, still needs court' s approval. Expected payment date is likely on or about 3 December 2015.
Management will focus on operating existing business. They are not selling their K1 shares.
K1 is planning to hold on to the Guggenheim investment until maturity in June 2017.
There is some fierce exhange between some shareholders and management over the proposed share consolidation as some argue that it will cause share price to drop after consolidation.
