technically, looking at the stable support, could this be gunning for 7 in the coming weeks ?
Thx, brother. Pity some poor soul here craving so persistently to see KC tank, n keep on trying to talk the stock down with outdated literature. Now that KC' s not tanking, n no one seems to be bothered, he must be suffering some inner pain now.

Thx brother. So, SA is filing for finally filing for bankruptcy protection. But results emerging seems still skimpy. If we look on the positive side, we say, this will give SA a chance to regroup n emerge stronger. (Remember, even GM went into Chap 11 in 2009, but are now fighting fit). N yep, maybe there' s a knee-jerk reaction. But px still steady leh. That' s probably also bcos KC has taken proactive steps to safeguard themselves. They' ve probably make whatever provision that' s prudent in accordance with standing accounting standards in relation to their SA projects n have said work will not resume until payment recommences. They' ve taken steps to right size their workforce too n diverted resources n effort towards beefing up other areas in OnM n other areas of the business too. The fact that even the OnM div is still profitable, albeit at a comparatively miniscule level, shows they are still doing OK in perspective. That may explain why the shares, while not responding to the positive spin in oil px, is not tanking. Credit to KC for coming out clearly on their Brazilian affair in their result briefing. Furthermore, for me, I' ve always maintained that KC will eventually be paid if Brazil wants to continue to retain the confidence of investors n suppliers alike. Otherwise, their oil n resource recovery efforts will be in limbo for a long long time, if not forever. We' ll probably see greater urgency by the Brazilians to put their hse in order when oil normalises. These are my 1.5c worth. Dyodd as always.

Sete Brasil will be filing for bankruptcy... Keppel has US 4.9B of rigbuilding contracts with this co. Maybe such news have affected the share price today.

Bull weakened
now is the window for those who are on the short side to get out. Else you will be naked
Looks like the Bulls are ready to charge up....
The potential losses could be in the billions for Keppel project in Brazil base on the project value of $7 billion from straits times .they are in deep trouble as client did not make any payment . : http://www.straitstimes.com/business/companies-markets/sembmarine-keppel-in-deep-water-if-brazil-client-goes-bust
Keppel Corp has huge debt of 1.7billion due. And negative operating cash flow. Good luck To those who think that their project in Brazil can just return to profitability when oil up a few dollars- must be dreaming or with not very sound mind.. 🙂
Yep, but xd cld fall > 22c. But if today up 30c, of course no issue. N for those who harbour false hopes that KC will get into some serious trouble, they themselves cld be in some serious trouble if they continue spreading false rumours. Hahaha.
