Just to add if target company has not made a single cent of profit in last 10 years of operation what certainty of future profits? What is accumulated losses of target? What are the profit guarantees if any?
Shareholders better ask at EGM...unless earlier deal already struck with previous controlling shareholder of Challenger before RTO....
