As expected, project revenue went down but propped up by maintenance.

big spike in price but no announcement on shares buy back, yet. the buying was not shares buy back? quite comfortable holding this despite the up and down. all fixed assets in the O& G still need maintenance no matter what. results should be out soon, shouldn' t be too shabby.

1st Sep 2015 till today, the VWAP is 0.190For the extension to Sep 2016, it might have to announce a M& A soon..
Otherwise, there has to be a spike in the price soon...

Wished the announcement could be more specific and was surprised they actually bothered to buyback 5000 shares today..![]()
As the MTP deadline ticks down, time to do VWAP analysis. How far is it from meeting the MTP?

Nordic Group Limited (&ldquo Nordic&rdquo ) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Multiheight Scaffolding Pte Ltd (&ldquo MHS&rdquo ) and Austin Energy (Asia) Pte Ltd (&ldquo AE&rdquo ) have recently renewed their maintenance contracts with several repeat customers - comprising of oil majors in the petrochemical industry and a global healthcare company in the pharmaceutical industry. These contracts are renewed for a period of one to two years and are estimated to generate revenue of approximately S$7.7 million. In addition to the above renewed contracts, both MHS and AE are currently negotiating with customers in the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, on the renewal of other maintenance contracts. Further announcements will be made once these contracts have been confirmed. The above contracts are expected to contribute positively to but are not expected to have material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of Nordic Group Limited for the current financial year.
Getting so quiet, yet price is resilient despite current volatile market. look like awaiting a strong jump any time not far down the road.
I am not too concern with the price fluctuation as I bought after they announced the dividend policy. In for the long haul and feel comfortable as long as the price does not dip below my average purchase price. Even then, most the most throw back all the dividend to buy more if the company is still properly run with prospect. Keeping an eye on this. Looking forward to the next dividend.

Sellers could be fom those who think this is a pure upstream oil play and/or caught during the high volume surge to 0.24.On a valuation basis, it is considered ' fairly valued' on P/B and P/E now.
Needs now to see whether projects on hand get fulfilled and whether margins get squeezed. If there are no drastic deterioration, earnings will make valuations compelling again.
As management is concerned, I feel they are making the right moves to retain shareholders loyalty and importantly, has so far implemented and executed what was promised.

Similair situation here.
Will continue to support nevertheless unless next reporting shows drastic decline in margins
