Subject: Capitaland Valuation
announced its Q3 and 9 months financial results. Both Q3 and 9 months operating earnings increased by 22% and 14% on a year on year basis. My own assessment of CL value at SGD3.78 and ideal entry price at SGD2.44 or below. Below are analysts reference for second opinion. Thank you 🙂

As Warren Buffett said "the daily gyrations of the market is just noise", so it is important for us to keep ourselves focused on our principles. We should not be monitoring the price of a stock after we bought it. We should only be monitoring the corporate actions and earnings reports. It is the earnings growth that is key. If the earnings grow consistently with a strong balance sheet and positive cashflow, we will be rewarded eventually. So when I buy a stock for its value, I take it off my watchlist and stop monitoring it daily...just my 2c

Every day when is about time to go out, she will quickly bite her bag n sit in front of me. Telling me is time to go out. If too demanding I think she will leave home herself with her bag 离 家 出 走 🙂
Must make her work for her lunch. Next time, ask her to make predictions in stocks. Like the octopus or dunno what monkey. If she pick wrongly, can only eat chicken feet. ?

My friend help me look after that' s y I only can stay a few days. I' m also exploring the possibilities of coming back together with her n now talking to two agents on how to bring her back. But still in early discussion bcos the sg agent only take care of sg side where else the prc side is handle by the prc agent, not very comfortable to deal with prc agent.One sg agent said I only make my payment to her n need not pay separately to the prc agent. This sounds ok to me but she asked me to bring my dog to shanghai for body check, I said not possible n too far. Now she is checking whether xiamen can do the body check. Sigh..living in second tier prc city is cheap but backward 🙁
