Actually, from this, we could say previous SGX management staffs were very stupid!!!
This MTP rule should not even be implemented in the first place. It was put in place to prevent stock manipulation. But this back fired. Sgx is a bourse with poor liquidity.... Take away Noble, this bourse is graveyard....
