Manchester, the next London
BB does not know Singaporeans in general mentality.
Singaporeans will only join queue to buy when they see long queues to buy hot buns.
study the terrain study the culture
LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THIS HOT STOCK ROWSLEY CAN SHOOT UP. THANK YOU.
It does not shoot up now is not because it cannot shoot up, it is because BB is teasing you.
BB is very playful.
Just remember this :
Beijing Construction Engineering Group who invested into Manchester 1st , in the Manchester Airport City Mega Project ,
And later on partner with Rowsley together in the St Michael' s Project holding a 21% stake,
I don' t think this is all a coincidence. More than meets the eye.
Manchester is the next London without any doubt about it.
Giant Amazon is already investing big in Manchester to ride on its high growth. Mr Xi Jinping ' s visit to Manchester says a lot about the importance of Manchester. Soon, you shall see various top companies from China going into Manchestar. Mark my words here.
Of all the listed companies in SGX, only Rowsley is investing big in Manchester.
Thus, if you also want to ride on the fast growth of Manchester,
" Invest in Manchester, Invest in Rowsley"
Well, to be fair to Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), the prestigious University is in close proximity to St Michael' s too.
This enhances the marketability of the St Michael' s Project.

The Project that excites me the most from Rowsley in Manchester is :The St Michael' s
* very good location as nearby Manchester City Council, Central Library, Chinatown
* very strategic location as in the center of Manchester city not only nearby Central Library and Chinatown but relatively close to the University of Manchester
This would help Rowsley to market St Michael' s easily to the affluent HK, China, Singapore markets. Parents would buy it for their children for overseas studies whilst investors like me would think likewise to buy it as an investment for ease of renting out to students for obvious reasons stated above.
For affluent businessmen and companies, they would want their offices to be strategically located in a very prime location (just next to Manchester City Council) with a 5 Star Hotel to cater for their business trips and for their clients and guests business stays also. For those who wanted total convenience, they would most likely buy Rowsley luxury apartments in St Michael' s for their convenience as well as for investment purposes. With bars and restaurants within the Project, it is almost perfect.
Located in the heart of Manchester City Centre on a 1.43-acre site bounded by Bootle Street, Jackson&rsquo s Row and Southmill Street, St. Michael&rsquo s has been designed as a world-class mixed use development linking key strategic sites through Deansgate to the Manchester Town Hall. It will comprise a five-star hotel, luxury apartments, high quality office space, restaurants and bars, and two brand new public squares.

Rowsley Hotel No. 3 in Manchester : Proposed 5 Star Hotel in St Michael' s

* near to the Central Library
* near to Machester City Council
* near to Manchester Chinatown

Rowsley Hotel No. 2 in Manchester : Stock Exchange Manchester
* though classified as boutique hotel, I liken it to our Raffles Hotel for its historical and magnificent architecture
* in centre of city center of Manchester with such close proximity to the world famous Manchester Christmas Markets
Located at Norfolk Street in Manchester City Centre, the building which formerly housed the Northern Stock Exchange, will be converted into a boutique hotel, restaurants, conference/events space, rooftop bar and gym. The Edwardian Baroque building, with its impressive central dome, was built in 1906, and has great architectural merits. It is listed on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest in the United Kingdom.
Don your Santa hat, dust off the mulled wine glass, and get into the festive spirit - it&rsquo s time to head down to Manchester&rsquo s world famous Christmas Market.
Attracting shoppers from all over the UK and beyond, the market has put Manchester city centre firmly on the Christmas map &ndash the Christmas Market has become not just a fabulous place to shop but also a hugely popular leisure destination in its own right. No Mancunian winter is complete without a wander through the chalet-lined streets of the markets.
The Christmas Markets are located in 10 different spaces around the city, each with its own distinct character and atmosphere:
Albert Square (near to Rowsley St Michael' s Proposed 5 Star Hotel) | Brazennose Street | St Ann' s Square (near to Hotel Stock Exchange Manchester)| Exchange Street | New Cathedral Street | The Corn Exchange | King Street | Market Street (near to Hotel Stock Exchange Manchester) | Exchange Square | Cathedral Gardens
As Machester becomes the next London, Rowsley ' s 3 hotels in Manchester shall benefit from the growth.
Hotel No. 1 : Hotel Football
* Enjoys the best location in its own right as just beside Manchester United Old Trafford Stadium
* Already enjoys rave reviews and good comments from guests who stayed in it (even Tripadvisor voted it the top hotel in Manchester)
* Football fans within UK and all over the world would choose it for footballing reasons and for closeness to Old Trafford stadium when attending the football matches.
No doubt about it, Manchester will be the next London. This is of relevance to Rowsley.
As Manchester prospers and grows, Rowsley grows with it.
