Dun they need to explain why no trading at 4p.m. The annocument comes only after 4p.m, meaning got problem opening for trade??
what is the point of slapping penalty on SGX as it was the investors affected?
SGX will closed for the day....this is the best statement from SGX....this is more sure that earlier annoucement, that way we can get on our life.
