INCOME STATEMENT
Overall, the Group recorded net profit after tax attributable to equity holders of the Company of RMB 150,000 for 2Q 2015, as compared to a net loss after tax of RMB 119,000 in the corresponding quarter last year. I think can accumulate at 0.032.
The Group&rsquo s revenue increased by RMB 1.4 million or 10.0% from RMB 14.6 million for 2Q 2014 to RMB 16.0 million for 2Q 2015 mainly due higher sales from non-prescription drugs and bottling/distribution services segments of RMB 1.9 million, offset by lower sales from prescribed drugs segment of RMB 0.5 million.
Non-prescription drug segment grew by RMB 1.5 million for 2Q 2015 over 2Q 2014 due to continued growth for ErDing granules, while bottling/distribution services segment grew by RMB 0.4 million. The Group had utilized its idle production facility for oral liquid products and started providing bottling services since the start of this year. On the other hand, the Group&rsquo s prescribed drugs segment decreased by RMB 0.5 million or 5.3% mainly due to stiff competition for ATT and Gansu.
Gross profit margin decreased from 57.4% in 2Q 2014 to 53.2% in 2Q 2015 following higher contribution non-prescription drugs and distribution services segment where margins are lower.
Other income of RMB 0.3 million for 2Q 2015 pertained to gain on sale of held for trading investment securities.
Selling and distribution costs decreased by RMB 1.0 million or 16.0% to RMB 5.3 million in 2Q 2015 following lower sales from prescribed drugs segment. Administrative costs decreased by RMB 0.4 million or 12.2% to RMB 2.7 million in 2Q 2015 mainly due to reversal of provision for trade receivables as it was no longer required.
Finance income decreased for 2Q 2015 as the structured deposit had matured in March 2015 and was not renewed. Finance costs increased for 2Q 2015 primarily due to additional bank borrowing of RMB 10.0 million which Longlife obtained in January 2015.

I am still interested. Waiting to buy when price drop. Chance to accumulate at low price if the price drop further below 0.037. I am expecting Pharmesis to do better with the removal of the price ceiling of drugs in China
