Gap was filled today .
Breaking the neckline with heavy volume, QTV went up rapidly today . It may go up further to fill the gap at 0.173. And it would also touch another neckline at 0.191 eventually .
After a massy selling down , QTV formed a strong monthly hammer in August . TA may have changed then n going uptrend is in sight . Today it bit the neckline at 0.094 n surged rapidly . The target is at 0.144 measured from the breakout point .
