Went in last week at 0.525.
Since both the revenue and DPU has also stabilised too (Revenue went up, and DPU drop slightly), the price should bounced up. In April, the price was still above 0.6, and i believe it dropped because investors were expecting drastic drop in both revenue and DPU.
At current price, the price/ NAV is one of the lowest, and the yield is one of the highest. The occupancy rate has also gone up slightly.
With Price/ NAV at 65%, it' s like selling a property worth $1M at $650K in SG .... even if there is slight drop in DPU ... the asset price will help to support it. Again ... if the DPU really stabilise ... we can use Cambridge Trust as reference where the Price/NAV is much higher and Yield lower.
The annual yield is very misleading because it added the earlier quarters which paid out more.....going by their trend....it could only go downhill so lets take the most opstimistic.... the payout 1.2 x 4=4.8c...at .52 now...it's about 8% nia....attractive or not....u ownself see lor...
Wah surprised that the price didn't fall to 51 cents so far. DPU drop as expected but didn't drop too much as compare to last quarter. It's still a big drop if compare to same quarter last year. So has the bottom been found? I am not optimistic.
CHIONG UP??
The DPU is 1.2
better than expected.

Most probably will drop below 1.23Projection maybe 1.11 (a drop of -10%)
result considered flat.
.
Knight Frank says industrial rents could fall 6 to 8% in the 4Q 2016.
Risk of Sabana is the 4 master leases expiring, so the lower DPU yet to kick in. worst is still not over
yeah. looks flat
think they renewed 4% of multi-tenanted for expiring 2016

result considered flat..
Just compute 9.9% yield and short accordingly. Based on DPU trend the whole year's DPU would be around 4.94 cents. This stock like to hype on high yield of 9.9% so the share price will drop to 50 cents. 3 cents buffer to short.

3QDPU 1.2 cents. Compare with 1Q 1.33 cents and 2Q 1.23 cents. Still concern with the q-on-q decline in DPU. Have to read earnings report details to have sense of outlook. All the best to holders.

Lol what else can it be? Lower DPU and share price drop accordingly but in bigger proportion. At least 2 cents drop in share price. Personal view only.
