Think downside is min. Upwards optimism is greater. P/b 0.65,gearing 37% way too oversold. Looking to add . TP 60-65 cents

Pl note price drops more than dividend given out in last few quarters. So unless earning stabilizes, price will keep dropping

it seems to lose momentum, it is tough to head higher. After DPU, it is expected to drop and might turn bearish.....
Good luck to those who are vested.
of cos.. you can consider this as your perp notes too..

The change was due to nav revaluation.Anyhow depending on your entry point, u may consider to do average down when it dip further...at ~9%+ it's still better compared to Cambridge which is around the same price and only gave 7%+, I will keep this as FD...

In actual fact Sabana Reit has bad performance since Q2 2013, from bad to worse.High dividend yield is because the unit price keep on lowering. You have to look at how the distribution rate perform. For those bought at IPO price of 1.05 with the total distributions of 44.93 cents, they are losing money now with no good prospect for the future. Not all the Reits are good for investment for steady income as you may suffer capital lose. Should learn a bitter lesson from Sabana.
Investors should ask the Manager why the aggregate leverage has been increased 1.6% from the Q1 16 of 39.6% to Q2 16 of 41.2% despite some divestments of 38m in 14 Mar 16 & 16.6m in 30 Mar 16 respectively.
agreed mate cos that time if you bot at 1.05, assume the yield was 9% and now with the current DPS, the actual yield to the shareholder is much lower.. in fact the 1st shareholder is worst off.
