News released....another batch of bond conversion for $200,000 at 0.0017c and this time 111+million shares will be issued. No wonder today's volume was huge. The bond holder made 15% without any sweat....but if the bond holders jack up the share price then his 15% profit can be bigger. Perhaps they are happy with the profit of 0.0003c at present.

so far only a fraction has been done [less than 10%] and the price is already almost zero.
when the bond conversation started, there were 1B shares...now 2.5B shares.

During IPO....( mining and O & G sectors ) most mgts are like snake oil or durian sellers. Rex, Kris just to name some...talk about their technology, connections and assets so to sell their stocks at high price. Now see their share price? Hanky panky?
This hanky panky is very easy to conceal for mining stocks....most mining mgts are like durian sellers whose trust is questionable anyway. Suddenly the share price can fall off a cliff.....then too late for retailers to get out then we know of hanky panky.
A lot of hanky panky going on in this co.imo.No longer trust the mgt.
