They must converted by paying the average closing price of the last 3 trading days. Therefore if one of the days closing price was 0.003c then they must higher than 0.00085c hor. That's why if someone can threw a spanner in their plan to ensure the closing price is not 0.001c for the 3 straight days then VC plan will be screwed up. Lately is the case in point.

I've lost more than 20k because i nvr studied VC n RCB before i entered at 0.01x, then nvr expected the crap management could pass the EGM to remove the floor price, though they only held less than 5% shares. Anyway ur $ ur call. Before u buy, go study how VC brought down magnus, annica n lg to 0.001
