Heard that it is not uncommon for IPO application to lapse in HKSE as it takes a rather long time for the approval . In fact it is quite common to lapse . So companies just resubmit and the IPO was usually approved on re-application . So , should expect the same for Sino Grandness . 🙂

No need to be a lawsuit. Can be legal warning or something and SG annoucing it to the public.

This also can interpret as SG they have nothing to hide.

well, with the sale of vendor share by SG, they should have the cashflow they need to expand non beverage biz. They might be thinking of clearing all CB, including the one from Thais, to be fair to the new investors (Mr goi), and to remove the toxic debts structuring once and for all. After which, debt free, they can do whatever they want to expand. Take more bank loans or what, its pretty much up to them.

And possible RI also to financially independant with each other. Because we don't know how much percentage of cashflow belong to Garden Fresh.

One of the HKEX spin off criteria is for the spin off subsidiary able to operate independently by itself from mother company. So in that sense, the non bevergae segment of the business must have it own enough cashflow to maintain operational.

Rights issue will not be used to clear CBs. That is pretty clear already. Instead, in my opinion, additional bank loans will be raised to clear off the CBs, given that by raising equity, gearing ratio will be sufficient to raise bank loans to clear more expensive debt (CB). This is a refinancing move in anticipation that IPO might not happen.

I think SG is moving one step ahead this time rather than in previous moves. Kudos to management for taking a step ahead this time.

how soon can the rights issuance be approved by Sgx? Yoma case took 6 months. Any shortest time can be quoted as an example?

Agree with u on this one. How can they accuse a company don't know what asset they have. They thought SG go through fake audit every year?

GEo has completely lose its credibility. A plant which has cease productionnin 2012 become its allegation. To me, Geo is far far worse than Newman9
