Perhaps the government want to take into consideration the increased in population plan by improving the infrastructure. So in the long run, population increase, sales for the 3 telco will also increase. It is just how low before it go up again.
Better sell first before fund start to sell, when the foruth telco come,then the px will drop. Me play safe,
