Another company whose share price is going to head towards 0.001.....now that the company decided to go the toxic convertible bond way for financing. WHY LIDDAT??? Does the company or the CEO give a hoot about minority shareholders or not??? IF SHARE PRICE SURE DIE, THEN WHY CEO MUST DO LIKE THAT???? Why SGX doesn' t care? all day and night, say protect small shareholder...but when come to action, NOTHING!!!! just give approval for listing of new shares without any consideration for the destruction in value for the small shareholder. IS IT REALLY TRUE that the authorities cannot do anything about all these toxic convertibles???? IMPORTANT TO NOTE is that all companies who chose this toxic convertible bond saw their shares sold to 0.001........YOU BUY, YOU DIE becos THEY SELL TO YOU AND CONVERT AT LOWER PRICE AND SELL TO YOU AGAIN AND CONVERT AT LOWER PRICE AND SELL TO YOU AGAIN AND CONVERT AT LOWER PRICE AND THEY SELL TO YOU AGAIN AND CONVERT AT LOWER PRICE AND THEY SELL TO YOU AGAIN.............................................................
