There is some movement in SunMoon food Company. Move from 0.05 to touch 0.063 this morning. Now 0.054. Watch this company. PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF 510,000 ORDINARY SHARES REPRESENTING 51% OF THE TOTAL ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF HARVEST SEASON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Where capitalised terms are used in this announcement and not otherwise defined, such capitalised terms shall bear the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Term Sheet Announcement (as defined below). 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of SunMoon Food Company Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) refers to the Company&rsquo s announcement dated 27 April 2015 (the &ldquo Term Sheet Announcement&rdquo ). 1.2 Further to the Term Sheet Announcement, the Board wishes to announce that the Company has on 17 June 2015 entered into the following agreements:- (a) a conditional sale and purchase agreement (&ldquo SPA&rdquo ) with Fresh Fresh Pte. Ltd. (a company incorporated in Singapore) (the &ldquo Vendor&rdquo ), Mr. Zhang Jiang Quan (&ldquo Mr. Zhang&rdquo ), and Mr. Ong Yaw Teh (&ldquo Patrick&rdquo ) (Mr. Zhang and Patrick are collectively known as the &ldquo Vendor Warrantors&rdquo ) in relation to the acquisition of 510,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of Harvest Season Singapore Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo Harvest Season SG&rdquo ) (the &ldquo Sale Shares&rdquo ) from the Vendor (the &ldquo Proposed Acquisition&rdquo ). The Sale Shares represent 51% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Harvest Season SG, and are legally and beneficially owned by the Vendor as at the date of the SPA and (b) a joint venture agreement (&ldquo JVA&rdquo ) with the Vendor, Vendor Warrantors and Harvest Season SG governing the obligations of the Company, the Vendor, Mr. Zhang and Patrick in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture (as defined in paragraph 2 below). 1.3 The Proposed Acquisition shall be conditional upon the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in the SPA. Completion of the Proposed Acquisition (&ldquo Completion&rdquo ) shall take place on the completion date (&ldquo Completion Date&rdquo ), defined as the date falling three (3) business days after the fulfilment of the last of the outstanding conditions precedent or such other date as the parties to the SPA may agree

Thanks for the recap.

If you have been sitting on it, I guess it' s a bit late now. Same situation for me, bought in at 0.002, can only cut loss now, not hoping for profits.

Consolation is, when this counter was previously known as FHTK, it was priced above $1, and those who bought it really lost big time.

Yes, pre-consolidation price is x/100.

I bought in at 0.005 many many years ago. So it needs to go 0.5 before I make my money back, or perhaps make a profit? )

Still a long way, what are my chances? What do you guys think?

What is currently 10 cents price equivalent to pre-consolidation price? 0.001? Because I have more or less left this counter for dead.
