I think around 5 years contract...not really sure. I hold this stock only couple of years ago when SSH and AMAT sell off a bit of shares and trigger a sell down.

The total FCF generated in 2014 was : 28.90 Mil, 6 Cts DPS. The total FCF generated in 2015 was : 31.30 Mil, 6 Cts DPS. The total FCF generated for 9M2016 was 19.20 Mil. Estimating it needs another 7 Mil to be generated in 4Q to payout 3 Cts ?
It' s retained earnings, or Cash-in-hand is high at 39 Mil,.... they can definitely extract a little bit from here if necessary, after the performance in the first 9 months.

Nothing unusual, except that there are no press annoucemnets lately, maybe management has nothing to talk about.
Still quite good to hold, potential M& A target for firms who are interested in growing this company.
