2. Given Yanlord all exposure in China market, to be not so wise, may call for the need for Z to delist it in Singapore and list it in China, where Yanlord peers their wealth already up more than 5 times or even 10 times that of Z.

My sources in China say China is going to raise interest rates soon . This us because :1. China properties in 1st tier and 2nd tier all super hot. But too hot. It benefits top 20%, another 20% a bit but the 60% how ?
China needs social stability. They need to cool down the property markets a bit.2. They need to bring CNY to USD higher maybe 1 USD to 5.5 China Yuan to ? To shut the mouth of Donald Trump especially....
