Ezra sold 10% EMAS to NKY with 36 Million USD (Equals to 49 Million SGD). That means Ezra sold EMAS about 1.06 SGD per share to NKY.
Now Ezra has only 40% shares in EMAS and two Japan companies have 60% shares in EMAS. Maybe, EMAS will be better for future development.
Can we challenge SGX? Why did they only regulate the stock that price increased much and did NOT regulate the stock that price decreased a lot?
